Kathryn began her legal secretarial career in a maritime law firm in San Francisco. She subsequently continued her career in the fields of litigation, criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, real estate and estate planning. She joined the firm of Anderson, Dorn & Rader, Ltd. in March of 2004 where she became our document specialist. In 2011, her family required her assistance in another state and she left Nevada for a short time. We are happy that Kathryn has rejoined our firm and we look forward to her continued assistance in the future.
Kathryn obtained her paralegal education at City College of San Francisco. She took the LSAT and was accepted to two law schools while residing in San Francisco. However, she decided not to pursue a legal education. Since then she has become an expert in word processing and advanced computer skills and is an expert in MS Word. Her expertise is an asset to our firm.
Kathryn has travelled the United States extensively and has resided in several areas of the U.S. Her favorite trip was to Paris, France, in 2002 where she was able to experience the wonders of Paris, including the Louvre where she was able to view the wonderful art collection and especially the Mona Lisa, the art housed in the Musee d’Orsay, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees, Versailles, Sacre-Coeur de Montmarte and the Eiffel Tower.
Kathryn is also an avid golfer and loves the outdoors. Additionally, she enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, swimming and reading. In addition she is pursuing her passion for art by continuing to learn about how to incorporate different aspects into her works of art.
